Memo - Graduation And Awards Ceremony 2010

To All Parents/Guardians

Kindly take note of the followings:

(1) The Graduation Rehearsal

Date:     12th November 2010 (Friday)

Time:     8:00 am to 10:45 am

Venue:   2nd Floor, Link Bridge, Star City Convention Hall,

              Kompleks Star City, Asia City, Kota Kinabalu

Attire:     PE Shirt

Please be on time. Parents are to send your child(ren) directly to the convention hall. Our teachers will attend to your child(ren) at the entrance of the Star City Complex from 8.00 a.m. to 8.30 a.m. Kindly send your child(ren) direct to the convention hall if you are late. Please DO NOT sent your child(ren) earlier than 8.00 am as the convention hall will ONLY be ready at 8.30 am for rehearsal. Please bring along drinking water for your child(ren) as snacks will be provided. Kindly pick up your child(ren) latest by 11 a.m. at the front entrance of the Star City Complex.  Please note that the school will be closed on that day.

(2) The Graduation and Awards Ceremony 2010

Date :    13th November 2010 (Saturday)

Time :    6:45 pm (Sharp)

Venue:   2nd Floor, Link Bridge, Star City Convention Hall, Kompleks Star City

Theme:  Around The World In 80 Days

Attire:     School Uniform (School Children)

              Malaysian Nite (Guests and Parents)

Please send your child(ren) to the Star City Complex on or before 4.30 p.m., our teachers will attend to your child(ren) at the front entrance till 5.00 p.m. Please bring along drinking water for your child(ren) and snacks will be provided. We would appreciate if all parents and guests are on time on that day.

For easy reference, the table grouping name list for parents will be displayed at the entrance. However, there shall be no prior table reservation and allocation of table number will be at site on a first come first serve basis. Kindly take note that entrances are strictly by Dinner Ticket only.  Since this is a 10 persons Round Table Dinner and NO additional chair will be allowed. Parents and guests are reminded to bring along your entrance tickets.
